1. Investing in our vocabulary

As you can appreciate, the more words we know, the better we understand and speak. The best way to improve our vocabulary is READING. The second way is READING. Fortunately, the third way is also reading.

2. Practice English

The more we engage with English, the faster we learn, the more we listen to and watch movies, youtube videos, songs, podcasts and read books or articles from the internet...etc.

3.Speaking practice

Since our ultimate goal is to be able to speak English, we can practice speaking English at least from A2 level, starting with the easy ones.

Practicing listening, reading and speaking regularly is one of the most effective ways to learn English.

4.Don't overstudy grammar!

If we compare knowing a foreign language, that is, being able to speak, read, write and understand what you hear in that language to a well-made meal, grammar is the pot in which we make that meal or the salt of the meal. The ingredients are speaking, reading and listening exercises. Grammar should not get in the way of listening, reading and speaking exercises. For example, if we can study for 2 hours a day, grammar can be at most half an hour.

5.Starting by knowing our level and how much we can work per day

If we learn our level and do reading and listening exercises that are one click above our level - that will challenge us a little bit, that will add something to us - we will learn something.

6 .Do not look up every word from the english dictionary

6.Don't look up in the dictionary for every word you don't know!

This is time consuming.Don't look up the dictionary for every word you see or read. Don't look up NOW for the "encounter" or "look up" please. You know its meaning. At least you can infer it from the whole reading text or paragraph.
